Which terminal for pickups
Massport's pickup page says Delta flights arrive at Terminal A, JetBlue flights arrive at Terminal C, and international flights arrive at Terminal E. Waiting in your car at the terminal curb is not allowed, so tell your driver to meet you at the arrivals level or wait in a lot. Your airline can confirm the terminal for your exact flight.
Getting to Downtown Boston
Downtown Boston is about 3 miles (5 km) from the airport by road. Massport lists the MBTA Blue Line, the Silver Line and the water ferry, plus Logan Express buses from Back Bay, Braintree, Danvers, Framingham and Woburn. The free on-airport shuttle connects every terminal to the Blue Line's Airport Station and the water transportation dock.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi covers the terminals. Look for the network named BOSWifi and accept the terms of service to connect. Massport says coverage was expanded and speeds are faster for compatible devices. The FlyLogan app also offers premium Wi-Fi.
Lost and found
For lost items, use the Lost and Found page on massport.com, or contact Massport customer service through the Virtual Assistant in the FlyLogan app. Customer service agents are available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you left something on a plane, contact your airline. Each airline also has a baggage claim office: JetBlue's, in Terminal C, lists (617) 716-3545.
Luggage storage
Massport's amenities directory lists no left-baggage or luggage storage service. If you need to leave bags for a few hours, ask your airline or hotel before you plan around it.
International arrivals and customs
International flights arrive at Terminal E, according to Massport's pickup page and airline directory. Massport's security FAQ says customs and immigration are in the International Arrivals area of each terminal that receives international flights, "primarily Terminals E and A", so follow the signs when you land. You go through immigration first, where your passport and travel documents are checked, followed by customs, where your baggage may be inspected.
If you connect to another flight, Massport says you may need to clear security again when you change terminals or arrive on an international flight. Follow the signs for connecting flights.
Plan three hours before an international departure, as Massport recommends.
