BOS parking garages at a glance

Massport says Boston Logan offers the only official parking at the airport. There are three garages.

  • Central Parking Garage: reaches all four terminals (A, B, C and E) by pedestrian bridges on Level 4. Follow the signs inside to park closest to your terminal.
  • Terminal B Parking Garage: the pick for flights from Terminal B.
  • Economy Parking Garage: about 2 miles from the terminals, with a free shuttle bus to all of them.

All terminal garages offer short-term and long-term parking. Park head-in, which Massport asks of every vehicle. Height limits are 9 ft 6 in at Central, 6 ft 6 in at Terminal B and 8 ft 2 in at Economy.

Delta passengers in Terminal A: Massport names Central as the most convenient garage.

A lost ticket adds $5 to the parking fee. Massport says Economy saves about $9 a day compared with the other garages, and that weekly and monthly rates are not offered at Economy. Rates change, so confirm on massport.com before you go.

Reserving a spot

You can book online ahead of time. Massport's parking pages say a limited number of spaces are $29 per day with an Advance Parking Reservation, in the terminal garages and at Economy. Its Getting to Logan page shows $25 per day for the same offer; the booking tool shows the current price. Massport also says pre-booking online brings a discount, but it does not publish the amount for each stay length, so use the booking tool to see your price.

The reservation also sets your entry and exit date and time. Pick them on the Massport booking form.

Economy parking and the free shuttle

Economy is the cheapest garage and the one that needs a bus. Shuttles load at the designated stop on Level 1 and serve Terminals A, B, C and E. The Economy route is Route 88, which runs 24 hours, according to Massport's on-airport shuttle page. It also stops at the MBTA Airport Station on the Blue Line, but only on the way to the terminals (inbound), so do not use it to go from a terminal to the station.

How often does it run? Massport's pages give three answers: about every 15 minutes, every 3 to 5 minutes, and generally every 5 to 6 minutes. Leave extra time and check the Logan bus locator.

Massport says not to walk from Economy. The route can include airport roadways and limited sidewalks.

When the garages are full

Check the Massport Parking Status page before you leave home. It updates in real time and shows how full each garage is. Massport also says short-term parking is always available in its garages.

If a garage shows full when you get there, parking staff will direct you to another on-airport garage or, if needed, arrange valet parking. During parking overflow, attendants are on hand to help. Massport also says accessible spaces stay available even when a sign says full.

It fills earliest on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and during the February and April school vacation weeks. A parking advisory means garages may be near capacity and things can change fast. Leave early or consider another way to get there.

Gold Parking Express and Exit Express

Two programs for frequent parkers.

Gold Parking Express guarantees a spot in gated Gold areas: three on Central Level 3 and one on Terminal B Level 4. Even if the roadway sign says the garage is full, you can still go in with your card. It costs $225 to enroll, which includes the first year, then $125 a year. Gold rates (effective July 1, 2025) are $51 for 7 to 24 hours, then $26 for an additional day of 0 to 6 hours and $51 for 6 to 24 hours.

Parking Card Exit Express lets you tap a card on the way in and out, with no ticket and no kiosk. Massport charges a $5 account activation fee.

Cards come by mail in 7 to 10 business days, so enroll well before your trip.

Cell phone lot, pickup and drop-off

Picking someone up? Wait in the free cell phone lot at 6 Tomahawk Drive, Boston, MA 02128. Terminals are less than five minutes away. Rules: 30 minutes maximum, no unattended vehicles, no commercial vehicles, no idling. There are no restrooms.

When your passenger is outside and ready, drive to the Arrivals level (lower level) of their terminal. Curbside waiting and parking are not allowed at any terminal, and airport police may ask you to move. Curbside drop-off is free, but you can only stop briefly to unload.

Want to meet inside? Use the hourly rates in the Central or Terminal B garage.

Construction note, as of October 10, 2026: the Terminal E taxi stand is moving outside Door E107, and vestibules E101 and E102 plus the Terminal E to C Arrivals sidewalk are closed. Follow the signs and allow extra time.

Accessible parking and EV charging

Accessible parking is in all open garages for vehicles with a valid disability plate or placard.

EV charging: Massport lists charging ports at Central Level 6 (18 ports near Terminals B and C, 20 near A and E), Terminal B Garage Level 3 (10 ports) and Economy Level 3 (10 ports). Normal parking rates apply and the electricity is free. Chargepoint.com shows real-time availability.

Massport also reserves 173 spaces for hybrid, electric and alternative-fuel vehicles, spread over the same garages.

Paying, help and finding your car

Pay at a kiosk with cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or a prepaid reservation. Attendants are on duty 24/7 and help for free with jump starts, lockouts, lost-car searches and flat tires. Use a call box in an elevator lobby or call 617-561-1673.

The FlyLogan app has a Mark My Car feature that saves where you parked and walks you back to it.

Delta or JetBlue? Park in Framingham instead

If you fly Delta or JetBlue between 5:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., the Logan Airport Remote Terminal at Framingham is a pilot alternative. Parking at 19 Flutie Pass is $7 per day, and you can add it when you book or pay on arrival. Overflow parking is at the Natick Mall Garage F, Levels 5 and 6, at the same $7 per day.

The bus ticket is $9 per adult and you must book at loganremote.com. You clear check-in and TSA screening there, and the bus drops you past security at Logan. Details are on our BOS security page.
