SRQ Airport Lounges: Is There a Lounge at Sarasota Airport?

We found no airport lounge at SRQ: no airline club, no Priority Pass lounge and no card lounge such as Centurion, Chase Sapphire or Capital One. The closest thing is a sit-down restaurant with a bar after security, such as Mattison's City Grille in Concourse B, whose bar area its operator calls a lounge.

Does SRQ have an airport lounge?

No lounge appears on SRQ's terminal map or dining page. The map's dining and shopping key lists restaurants, bars and shops, and nothing else. None of the 10 airlines at SRQ has a club listed there.

If you have lounge access through your airline or a credit card, use it at your connecting airport instead.

Priority Pass, Amex, Chase and Capital One

Priority Pass's list of U.S. airports does not include SRQ. In Florida it lists Fort Lauderdale, Melbourne, Miami and Orlando.

We found no American Express Centurion Lounge, Chase Sapphire Lounge or Capital One Lounge at SRQ either.

Where to sit down instead

After security, these are the closest thing to a lounge:

Concourse A: Patrick's 1481, with a full bar and an all-day menu, and Anna Maria Oyster Bar, a sit-down seafood spot with tropical cocktails.
Concourse B: Mattison's City Grille, a full-service restaurant with a lounge for local craft beer and cocktails; Motorworks Brewing, with Florida craft beer and a full liquor program; and Wahlburgers, with a full bar.

Before security, Suncoast Trading & Bar serves beer, wine and food. SRQ does not publish restaurant hours.

Free Wi-Fi and massage chairs

SRQ's free Wi-Fi is #FlySRQ-Fi: agree to the terms and enter an email address. Massage chairs are on the second level of the main terminal, at the west side of baggage claim and on the concourse.

Flying Allegiant from Concourse A

Allegiant uses Concourse A, gates A4 to A8, which has its own checkpoint. Once you're through, your choices are Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Patrick's 1481 and Sarasota To Go with Peet's Coffee.

What's changing

Concourse B is getting a full refresh with new restaurants, bars and shops. No lounge has been announced as part of it.
