Your hotel options at MCO
You have two kinds of airport hotel. One is inside the terminal. The other is a short drive away and sends a free shuttle.
- Inside the airport: the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, with 445 rooms.
- Nearby: 23 more hotels on MCO's own list of hotels with complimentary airport shuttles, from 2.2 to 8.7 miles away.
MCO says the list is only a sample of the hotels closest to the airport and is not a recommendation. Orlando has more than 131,000 hotel rooms, so a hotel that is not listed may still be a good choice. This page shows no room rates because they change daily.
Hyatt Regency, the hotel inside the airport
The Hyatt Regency is in the main terminal building, between Terminals A and B. It sits above the security checkpoint for gates 70 to 129 and terminal maps show it on Level 4, before security. Anyone can walk in, whether or not they are flying.
Address: 9300 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827. Phone: +1 407-825-1234.
If you fly out of Terminal C, plan on the 4 minute Terminal Link ride from the Hyatt parking.
MCO's hotel page also lists a rooftop pool and sundeck, a fitness center, room service and a Day Stay that lets you use them without sleeping over. It also sells Park, Stay and Go packages that bundle a room with parking for your whole trip. Ask the hotel for current prices.
Eating at the Hyatt
The hotel's restaurants are before security, so you can eat there before you check in for your flight.
- Hemisphere Restaurant: runway views.
- McCoy's Bar and Grill: open 7 am to midnight, with a sushi bar from 5 pm to 11 pm.
- Lobby Bar: small plates and drinks from 5 pm to midnight.
Hours can change, so check with the hotel.
Parking at the Hyatt
Guests who park at the hotel pay the hotel, not the airport. Rates are charged to your room.
- Self-parking: $19 per night.
- Valet: $28 per night.
All spaces are covered and patrolled by the Orlando Police Department, Airport Division. Terminals A and B are within easy walking distance, and Terminal C is a 4 minute Terminal Link ride. Prices checked October 9, 2026 and can change.
If you are not staying, the Hyatt Valet Parking lot is open to everyone: $4 for the first 20 minutes, $1 for each additional 20 minutes up to 3 hours, then $35 per 24 hours, with a 60 day maximum stay.

MCO does not publish shuttle hours or frequency, so confirm with the hotel. Call the hotel for its hours before you land, especially for a late arrival or an early flight. Booking sites show a shuttle window of 4 am to 2 am for the Hyatt Place Orlando Airport and a 24-hour shuttle for the Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites. Treat those as unconfirmed.
Where to catch the hotel shuttle
Hotel shuttles load on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) of each terminal and at the train station, in the Commercial Lane.
- Terminal A: spaces A1 to A4 and A42 to A45.
- Terminal B: spaces B1 to B4 and B40.
- Terminal C: spaces C270 and C271. Drop-off is on Level 2.
- Train Station: spaces C7 and C8.
If you landed at Terminal C and your hotel is on the list, ask whether the shuttle stops at Terminal C or at the train station. Look for your hotel's name on the vehicle.
Universal Orlando hotels
Universal's SuperStar Shuttle has its own stops: Terminal A, Level 1, spaces A30 to A33, and Terminal C, Level 1, spaces C282 and C283. MCO's pages show no fares or schedule for it, so check with Universal before you rely on it.
MCO's shuttle list does not include Disney resorts or International Drive hotels. For those, the airport's rate table shows no hotel shuttle, so plan on a taxi, a shuttle van or a ride app.
If your hotel has no shuttle
MCO's approximate rates to the airport hotel area show taxis at $14 to $18, checked October 9, 2026. The hotel shuttle is listed as free. For hotels farther out, MCO lists different taxi fares, so see our getting to town page.
A taxi or ride app is the fallback when the hotel shuttle does not run at your arrival hour.
Before you book
Ask the hotel five things:
- Is the shuttle free?
- Does it run at the hour you land and the hour you leave?
- Which terminal stop does it use?
- Do you need to call or reserve a pickup?
- Is there a charge for parking if you leave your car?
MCO asks you to be at the security checkpoint 2 hours before departure, so build your shuttle time around that.
Questions travelers ask
Is there a hotel inside MCO?
Yes. The Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport is inside the terminal building, between Terminals A and B. It sits above the security checkpoint for gates 70 to 129. The hotel and its restaurants are before security.

MCO publishes a list of 23 hotels besides the Hyatt Regency that offer complimentary airport transportation, from the Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport (2.2 miles) to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Nona (8.7 miles). The list is a sample from 2024, so call the hotel to confirm its shuttle.
Where do I catch the hotel shuttle at MCO?
Go to the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) of Terminal A, B or C, or the train station, and look in the Commercial Lane. Terminal A uses spaces A1 to A4 and A42 to A45. Terminal B uses B1 to B4 and B40. Terminal C uses C270 and C271.
