MCO parking rates at a glance
These are the rates MCO lists on flymco.com as of October 9, 2026. Rates change, so check the airport's parking page before you go.
- Terminal garages (Garage A, Garage B, Terminal Top, Garage C): first 20 minutes free, $2 for 21 to 30 minutes, then $1 per 15 minutes, up to $24. After that it is $24 per 24 hours, for up to 45 days.
- Reserved parking (Garage C, Level 4): $32 per 24 hours, up to 45 days.
- Surface lots (Atlantis, Discovery, Endeavour): first 10 minutes free, then $20 per 24 hours, up to 45 days.
- Economy lots (North, South and West Park Place): first 10 minutes free, $5 for 11 minutes to 3 hours, then $14 per 24 hours, up to 90 days.
- Valet at the terminal curbs: $4 for the first 20 minutes, $1 per additional 20 minutes up to 3 hours, then $35 per 24 hours.
- Cell phone lots: free.
MCO shows the garage rate as a daily maximum. The $24 garage cap beats the $32 reserved rate, but the reserved spot is guaranteed.
Check availability before you leave
MCO posts live availability for each garage and lot on flymco.com/parking-availability, with a last updated time. Garages and lots can fill up at busy times, so check before you leave home.
MCO is also installing a parking guidance system in all four garages. Cameras and signs will show open spaces lane by lane on roughly 11,000 spaces. Work is under way in Garage C, then Garages A, B and Terminal Top, with a target of summer 2027. Crews work in phases so the garages stay open.
The terminal garages: A, B, Terminal Top and C
All four garages take cash, major cards, E-PASS and SunPass Plus. Most spaces are covered, vehicles over 7 feet tall do not fit, and the Orlando Police Department Airport Division patrols them.
- Garage A and Garage B: within walking distance of Terminals A and B. Terminal C is a 4 minute Terminal Link ride away.
- Terminal Top: also within easy walking distance of Terminals A and B. It has levels 4 to 10.
- Garage C: on the South Entrance Road, at 10200 Jeff Fuqua Blvd. South. It is within walking distance of Terminal C and the train station, and a Terminal Link ride from Terminals A and B. MCO says it has 1,690 spaces. The airport says the walk to Terminal C is about 3 minutes.
MCO has said it plans to turn Terminal Top into reserved parking, about 1,500 spaces including an area for Hyatt Regency guests. The public parking pages still list it as a regular garage at $24, so check the availability page.
Remote bag check: Garage C has remote check-in for domestic flights on Alaska, American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and United. Drop your bags at least 90 minutes before departure, between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m., per MCO's Terminal C page. Then take the Terminal Link to Terminals A and B.
Reserved parking in Garage C
If you want a spot guaranteed, you can reserve one in Garage C, Level 4. It costs $32 per 24 hours, with a stay of up to 45 days, and the price includes taxes. MCO says there is no booking fee.
- Book on the MCO app or website. MCO says you can reserve up to 365 days ahead.
- The minimum stay is 24 hours or part of one.
- You cannot pick a specific space, and you cannot reserve accessible, EV or motorcycle spaces.
- At the entrance, use the two reservation lanes on the right and scan your QR code. Do not pull a ticket. Scan again to enter Level 4. You can arrive up to 2 hours before your booked time.
- Level 4 has a 7 foot 1 inch height limit.
- You pay when you book. E-PASS and SunPass Plus do not work for reservations.
- You can change or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your start time. Cancel later and you pay in full. A short trip gets no refund.
- If you stay longer, you pay the drive-up rate for the extra time at the exit.
- If you leave and come back in, your reservation ends and drive-up rates apply.
MCO's pages disagree on the booking cut-off: the reservation FAQ says up to 24 hours before arrival, while the airport's project page says minutes ahead is possible. Check the booking site.
Economy lots and the free shuttles
The three Park Place economy lots are fenced, uncovered and need no reservation. The shuttles are free and run 24 hours a day, but MCO does not publish how often they come. Leave extra time.
- North Park Place, 5501 Cargo Road: shuttle to Terminal A. Drop-off is at Terminal A Departures (Level 3). Pick-up is at Terminal A Ground Transportation (Level 1), space A17. Takes cash, cards, E-PASS and SunPass Plus.
- South Park Place, 10536 S. Jeff Fuqua Blvd.: shuttle to Terminals B and C. Drop-off is at Terminal B Departures (Level 3) and Terminal C Ground Transportation (Level 1), space C286. Pick-up is at Terminal B Level 1, space B66, and C286 at Terminal C. It is also the lot for oversized vehicles, up to 25 feet long and over 7 feet tall. Takes cash, cards, E-PASS and SunPass Plus.
- West Park Place, 8202 Tradeport Drive: exit SR 528 onto southbound Tradeport Drive and turn right into the lot. Shuttle to Terminals A and C, drop-off and pick-up at Level 1 space A16 (Terminal A) and C-285 (Terminal C). Takes cash and cards. MCO does not list E-PASS or SunPass there.
Accessible shuttle service is available at all three.
Surface lots by the train station
Surface Lots Atlantis, Discovery and Endeavour are at the train station, off S. Jeff Fuqua Blvd. toward the Train Station. MCO's Brightline page gives 10412 Jeff Fuqua Blvd. for Discovery and 10734 Jeff Fuqua Blvd. for Endeavour. The lot pages themselves show 10168 Jeff Fuqua Blvd. for all three, so follow the signs once you are near the train station. They are uncovered and cost $20 per 24 hours, with a 10 minute grace period.
You can only pay with an E-PASS or SunPass Plus transponder, and you need it to enter and exit. There is no cash or card payment. Walk through the train station to Terminal C. For Terminals A and B, walk through the station and ride the Terminal Link, about 4 minutes.
Lot Atlantis is the only lot where peer-to-peer car sharing is allowed. MCO's page says it is closed from July 20 through mid-November (it gives no year), with short closures possible after that. Use Discovery or Endeavour instead, and check first.
Valet and hotel parking
Valet is at the Departures curbs of Terminals A, B and C. It is open 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., all spaces are covered, and it takes cards only. It is $4 for the first 20 minutes, $1 for each additional 20 minutes up to 3 hours, then $35 per 24 hours (45 day maximum).
The Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, at 9300 Jeff Fuqua Blvd., has its own valet. The rates match, with a 60 day maximum. Car detailing costs extra, from $50 for cars, $65 for SUVs and $75 for trucks.
Hotel guests can park for $19 a night (self) or $28 a night (valet), charged to the room. The Hyatt also sells Park, Stay and Go packages, which cover parking for your whole trip. This page lists no hotel room prices.
Free cell phone lots for pick-ups
MCO has two free waiting lots for drivers meeting arriving passengers. Both have restrooms. No commercial or unattended vehicles are allowed, and you cannot stay overnight. MCO does not publish a time limit.
- North Cell Phone Lot, 8730 Jeff Fuqua Blvd N.: exit right off Jeff Fuqua Blvd. onto Cargo Road, then right again onto the north exit road ramp. It is under 1 mile from Terminal A, 2 miles from Terminal B and 2.5 miles from Terminal C.
- South Cell Phone Lot, 10546 Jeff Fuqua Blvd. S: opposite the Train Station and Garage C, next to the South Travel Plaza. It is 1.2 miles from Terminal C, 1.3 miles from Terminal B and 2.4 miles from Terminal A.
For a quick pick-up, the curb in front of the train station is allowed.
Drop-off, paying and EV charging
Drop-off: ride-share cars (Uber, Lyft, Wingz, KreweCar) drop at the Departures curb, Level 3 at Terminals A and B and Level 2 at Terminal C. The train station has a passenger drop-off lane on Level 1. MCO does not publish time limits for private cars at the curb.
Paying: E-PASS and SunPass work in the specially marked lanes. You do not need a ticket, and the fee comes out of your account. E-PASS is 407-82E-PASS and SunPass is 1-888-TOLL-FLA. Keep money in the account or use SunPass Plus.
EV charging: Garage A (Level 2, Row A), Garage B (Level 2, Row P), and Garage C (Level 3, rows 59 to 62, and Level 5, rows 59, 60 and 62). MCO lists no EV charging prices. Reserved parking has no EV spaces.
Accessible parking: spaces are by the elevators on every level of Terminal Top, Garages A and B, and on levels 3 and 5 of Garage C. Disabled veterans with a DV license plate park free in garages and economy lots, but not in surface lots, valet or reserved parking.
What is changing
MCO has about 23,000 public parking spaces and plans to add 8,000. A new Terminal A garage with rental car space and a new Terminal C garage are both aimed at opening in 2030. Until then, check availability and book Garage C if you need certainty.
