Hotels at DFW Airport: 3 On-Site Hotels and Shuttles

DFW has three hotels on airport property: Grand Hyatt DFW in Terminal D, Hyatt Regency DFW next to Terminal C and Hyatt Place DFW near the Rental Car Center. Minute Suites, a nap center, has locations near gates A38 or A39 and D23. DFW publishes no list of off-airport shuttle hotels, so confirm any other hotel's shuttle with the hotel.

Your options at a glance

The three on-airport hotels

DFW lists three hotels on airport property, all run by Hyatt:

  • Grand Hyatt DFW: inside Terminal D, with 298 rooms.
  • Hyatt Regency DFW: next to Terminal C.
  • Hyatt Place DFW: in Southgate Plaza, near the Rental Car Facility, with 137 rooms.

All of them sit on International Parkway, the airport's main road, so you reach them from inside the airport gates.

Grand Hyatt DFW: inside Terminal D

This hotel is inside International Terminal D. From any other terminal, take Skylink, the free train inside security, or the free Terminal Link shuttle bus outside security.

The hotel has three places to eat and drink on site: Grand Met restaurant, M Lounge and Moka coffee cafe. The airport also says the rooftop fitness center is open 24 hours and free for guests.

Non-guests can buy a fitness pass for the gym, lockers and showers through the airport's link to ResortPass.

Hyatt Regency DFW: next to Terminal C

The airport says this hotel runs a complimentary shuttle to and from all DFW terminals, 24 hours a day, for arrivals and departures. It also says guests get free covered self-parking during their reservation dates.

The hotel lists five on-site dining options, an outdoor pool and a business center. Day use only room rates are also offered, which helps on a long layover. Ask the hotel for the price.

Hyatt Place DFW: near the Rental Car Center

The airport says this six-story hotel is in Southgate Plaza near the Rental Car Facility and close to all terminals. The airport's listing says free transportation to and from the airport runs seven days a week from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The listing gives no hours outside those. If your flight lands late, plan another way to get there, or ask the hotel what it can do.

A day pass with pool, gym, showers, Wi-Fi and parking is sold through ResortPass.

Minute Suites: nap rooms inside the terminals

If you only need a few hours of rest, Minute Suites has private suites inside security. The Minute Suites site lists Terminal A near gate A39 (no showers) and Terminal D near gate D23 (showers for an extra fee), open 24 hours with availability depending on demand. DFW's hotel page gives the Terminal A suites as gate A38, so look for the sign near that end of the concourse.

Minute Suites says the Terminal D suites close temporarily for renovations beginning October 1, 2026, while Terminal A stays open. Book at booking.minutesuites.com, from one hour. Prices are not published here, so check the booking site.

Getting there by car or hotel shuttle

Enter through the north or south plaza entrances and follow signs. Tolls apply on the airport roads. The airport says tolls are included if a hotel shuttle or other authorized ground service picks you up or drops you off.

Only the Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place state shuttle details on the airport's page, and neither names a pickup spot. Ask the hotel which terminal stop to use.

Reaching the hotels from your terminal

Skylink is free and runs between terminals inside the secure area. Terminal Link is the free orange shuttle bus between terminals outside security. It arrives every 8 to 10 minutes after 5 a.m. Before 5 a.m., call 972-574-5465.

Terminal Link stops are on the upper level at every terminal except Terminal D. A ride takes 10 to 20 minutes, depending on where you are going.

Hotels away from the airport

The airport points to Dallas and Fort Worth tourism sites for other hotels and publishes no list of shuttle hotels. If you book off airport, ask whether the shuttle is free, what hours it runs and where it picks up. This page lists no room prices, because rates change daily. Check the hotel's own site.
