How lounges work at DFW
DFW says it has more than 20 lounges and premium spaces, run by airlines, independent operators and credit card partners.
The five terminals are connected inside security by Skylink, the airport's train. So an eligible traveler can use a lounge in any terminal, whichever terminal the flight leaves from.
Terminal C is being rebuilt and Terminal F is under construction. DFW says American plans its largest-ever Admirals Club in the new Terminal C and a Provisions by Admirals Club in Terminal F. No opening dates are published.

DFW's lounge page gives the Plaza Premium First location and the other gates above. Its Shop, Dine & Services directory adds the Plaza Premium Lounges at E31 and D16. Lounges get moved and rebuilt, so confirm the gate on the day.
Airline lounges
American Airlines has five Admirals Clubs, one in every terminal, plus the Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining in Terminal D. DFW also says a Flagship Check-In experience is coming in Terminal D.
Other airline lounges in Terminal D: Air France, Emirates, Korean Air and Lufthansa at gate D16, and British Airways and Qantas at gate D27. In Terminal E, Delta has a Sky Club at E10 and United has a United Club at E6.
DFW says to check with your airline for access. For an Admirals Club day pass, check aa.com, which sets the price and rules.
Credit card lounges
Terminal D has three card lounges:
- American Express Centurion Lounge, near gate D12, overlooking the terminal.
- Capital One Lounge, near gate D22.
- Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, near gate D25.
Chase lists hours of 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. It says Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve and Ritz-Carlton cardmembers can bring up to two guests free, and extra guests cost $27. Chase says to show your physical card or your Chase-issued digital Priority Pass Select membership, plus an eligible boarding pass for a flight within three hours.
For Amex and Capital One, check the issuer's app for current hours, guest rules and walk-up access, because both can change.
Priority Pass and The Club DFW
The Club DFW is near gate D27 in Terminal D. It has showers and dining, and DFW says it has several seating areas and work spaces. Priority Pass lists it at 4:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. with pre-booking available.
DFW says it has three Plaza Premium lounges: Plaza Premium First near D16, a Plaza Premium Lounge at D16 and one at E31. Priority Pass lists only the Terminal E lounge (6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), so ask Priority Pass before you count on access at D16.
Hours come from Priority Pass and can change. Check the app.
Minute Suites, spas and gaming
Minute Suites are private rooms with daybeds, workstations, Wi-Fi and charging. The Minute Suites site lists Terminal A near gate A39 (no showers) and Terminal D near gate D23 (with showers for an extra fee), open 24 hours with availability depending on demand. DFW's hotel page gives the Terminal A suites as gate A38, so look for the sign near that end of the concourse. Minute Suites says the Terminal D suites close temporarily for renovations beginning October 1, 2026, while Terminal A stays open, so check before you count on Terminal D. Book at booking.minutesuites.com, from one hour.
DFW's directory also lists Be Relax spas at B28 and D21 and Gameway game lounges at B42 and E16. Priority Pass lists these hours: Be Relax in Terminal B 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and in Terminal D 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Gameway in Terminal B 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and in Terminal E 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.; XpresSpa in Terminal A 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; The Chiroport in Terminal A 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
PS DFW is a separate private terminal for commercial travelers, with private TSA and Customs processing and a chauffeur to the plane. It is near Corporate Aviation facilities, not in the main terminals.
Before you go
Lounge hours are not on DFW's page, which lists only gates. Check the operator's app on the day you fly. Terminal C is being rebuilt, so ask American whether the Admirals Club at C20 is open before you count on it.
