The airport says prebooking can save up to 50% off TollTag rates. Parking is limited to 90 days.

Terminal parking

Terminal garages sit next to all five terminals and are the closest option to your gate. Drive-up rates for shorter stays, effective October 1, 2026, with a TollTag or credit card at exit:

  • 0 to 8 minutes: $12 or $15
  • 8 to 30 minutes: $1 or $3
  • 30 to 60 minutes: $3 or $5
  • 1 to 2 hours: $5 or $7
  • 2 to 4 hours: $11 or $13
  • 4 to 6 hours: $16 or $18
  • 6 to 24 hours: $37 or $40

Terminals A and D have a digital guidance system that shows open spaces on each floor and row, and so do select sections of the Terminal E garage. Green lights mean a standard space is open, white means 1 and 2 hour parking, blue means accessible, and red means taken.

Garage clearances run from 6 feet to 7 feet 2 inches depending on the garage and gate range, so check the airport's clearance table before you take a tall vehicle in.

Terminal C garage construction

Terminal C's south garage section is closed for construction. DFW's drive-up availability page lists section C26 to C39 as closed on October 9, 2026, and the central and north sections as open. The airport is rebuilding the south garage and will renovate the other two garages in later phases. DFW publishes no reopening date, so check the availability page before you go.

Express parking

Express is covered and uncovered parking near the North airport entry and exit. Shuttles stop at your vehicle's trunk and go to every terminal. Estimated ride times are 4 minutes to Terminals A and B and 5 minutes to C, D and E, not counting your wait.

Drive-up rates, effective October 1, 2026, TollTag or credit card:

  • 0 to 2 hours: $4 or $4
  • 2 to 4 hours: $5 or $5
  • 4 to 6 hours: $8 or $8
  • Uncovered, 6 to 24 hours: $20 or $22
  • Covered, 6 to 24 hours: $23 or $25

Express shuttles (blue) arrive every 15 minutes from 5 a.m. Between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., call 972-574-7500 for a pickup. Express stops are on Level 1 at every terminal. The Express North address DFW lists is 1800 Express North Parking, DFW Airport, Texas 75261.

Remote parking

Remote is DFW's cheapest on-airport option, with lots just before the North and South entry and exit. Remote South is at 2400 South Airfield Drive and Remote North is at 2200 N Airfield Dr. Drive-up rates, effective October 1, 2026, TollTag or credit card:

  • 0 to 2 hours: $3 or $3
  • 2 to 4 hours: $4 or $4
  • 4 to 6 hours: $6 or $6
  • 6 to 24 hours: $14 or $16

Remote shuttles are the yellow buses. They run 24/7 and arrive every 18 to 20 minutes after 4 a.m. DFW's pages differ on the late-night rule: one says to call 972-973-3838 between midnight and 5 a.m., another says before 4 a.m. Late at night, call before you walk to the stop. Pickup and drop-off is on the lower level of each terminal. If you forget whether you parked at Remote North or South, call the Courtesy Patrol at 972-973-3800.

Valet parking

DFW Airport Valet is $55 per day, effective October 1, 2026. Agents meet you on the Arrivals level (Level 3) of Terminals A, B, C and E, or curbside on the Departures level at Terminal D. You can drop off at one terminal and pick up at another.

Valet spots are in the 1-hour zones at A15, A20, A29, B9, B30, C7, C21, E7 (reservation drop-off only), E17 and E28, and at D30 and D18 for Terminal D. Cash is not accepted. Reserve online or call 972-574-2407. Prebooked parking does not apply to valet.

Prebooking and paying

You can prebook Terminal, Express and Remote parking up to 10 months ahead. Stays must be at least 6 hours and no longer than 45 days. DFW recommends setting your reservation to start at least 3 hours before your flight and end 2 hours after your return flight.

Prebooked parking is paid by credit card at booking, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the rates shown include taxes and fees. You do not need a TollTag, and you can use any lane because the plaza reads your license plate. You cannot leave and return on the same reservation. You can cancel up to 1 hour before the start time for a full refund, and there are no partial refunds if you finish early.

At the gate, DFW takes major credit cards and NTTA TollTags with a credit card on file. No cash. If you do not have a TollTag, use the Ticket Only lane on the right side of the entry plaza.

Shuttles between lots and terminals

All airport shuttles are free with airport parking and are ADA accessible. The Terminal Link shuttle (orange) connects terminals outside security, every 8 to 10 minutes after 5 a.m., and takes 10 to 20 minutes depending on your stop. Its stops are on the upper level, except at Terminal D. Before 5 a.m., call 972-574-5465.

If you parked at a different terminal than where you land, DFW says: with no checked bag, stay inside security and take Skylink. With checked bags, pick them up first and take the orange Terminal Link shuttle.

Cell phone lots and pickup

DFW has two free cell phone lots. The North lot is before the North toll plaza and has 53 spaces. The South lot is next to Rental Car Drive and Southgate Avenue and has about 60 spaces. You can wait up to 2 hours, you must stay with your vehicle, and overnight parking is not allowed. DFW's directions page says the cell phone lot at the north end of the airport is open 24/7. DFW's cell phone lot page gives no hours for the South lot, so confirm in the DFW app.

Terminal curbsides are for active loading and unloading only, and unattended vehicles can be fined. If you need more time, use the one-hour spaces in the first rows of Terminal parking.

EV charging and accessible parking

There are Level II chargers, four at each location, on the third level of the garages at A10, A20, A35, E16 and E35, in the one-hour areas. Valet agents charge your vehicle for free before returning it.

Accessible parking in the Terminal garages is on Levels 1 and 3 for direct terminal access. Express and Remote have accessible shuttles. One-hour areas can be used for long-term parking with a state-issued disabled tag or plate.
