Where to catch your hotel shuttle
Hotel shuttles use the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Zones.
- Harvey Milk Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3: the center island on the Departures/Ticketing level roadway.
- International Terminal: the center island on the Arrivals level roadway.
These shuttles only go to hotels. They do not take you into San Francisco or elsewhere in the Bay Area.
The hotel inside the airport
Grand Hyatt at SFO is on airport grounds, at 55 South McDonnell Road (phone +1 650-452-1234). SFO says the AirTrain Red Line and Blue Line both connect all terminals with the hotel. The Red Line loop takes about nine minutes. The Blue Line loop takes about 25 minutes. AirTrain runs 24 hours a day, with departures as often as every four minutes.
The hotel has 351 soundproof rooms and a restaurant, a bar and a market open 24 hours. Between 11pm and 5am, maintenance can change AirTrain operation and lengthen trips, so add time late at night.
If you drive, follow signs for Grand Hyatt at SFO / Hotel and turn right onto S. McDonnell Road. The hotel will be on your left.
