ORD lounges by terminal

The airport's official list shows lounges in four terminals.

  • Terminal 1: United Clubs at Gates B6, B18 and C10, and the United Polaris Lounge at Gate C18.
  • Terminal 2: United Clubs at Gates E7 and F9.
  • Terminal 3: American Admirals Clubs at Gates G8 and L2A, and the American Flagship Lounge at Gate H6/K6.
  • Terminal 5: Delta Sky Club at Gate M13, Air France lounge at Gate M17, LOT Business Lounge and Swissport Lounge at Gate M18, and Wingtips Lounge near Gate M19.

Gate numbers come from the airport list, last checked October 9, 2026. Lounges can move or close, so check the airline's site before a long layover.

United Clubs and Polaris Lounge

United has five Clubs on the airport's list: three in Terminal 1 (Gates B6, B18 and C10) and two in Terminal 2 (Gates E7 and F9). The airport gives (866) 822-5827 as the lounge phone number.

The United Polaris Lounge is in Terminal 1 at Gate C18. The airport lists it for international first and business class only, so a regular club membership is not the same thing.

American Admirals Clubs and Flagship Lounge

American's Admirals Clubs are in Terminal 3 at Gates G8 and L2A. The airport also shows the Admirals Club as serving Japan Airlines and Iberia travelers. The phone number on the airport page is (800) 237-7971.

The American Flagship Lounge is in Terminal 3 at Gate H6/K6. The airport page gives no separate phone number for it.

Terminal 5 lounges

The airport lists these lounges in Terminal 5:

  • Delta Sky Club, Gate M13, phone (800) 221-1212.
  • Air France lounge, Gate M17, phone (847) 447-3198. The airport lists it for Air France Business, Flying Blue Elite Plus, eligible KLM travelers and SkyTeam Elite Plus members on SkyTeam flights. Priority Pass shows hours of 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • LOT Business Lounge, Gate M18, for Turkish Airlines, LOT and Star Alliance business class travelers.
  • Swissport Lounge, Gate M18, listed for Air India, Royal Jordanian, Etihad Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Emirates, Finnair and Priority Pass customers. Priority Pass shows hours of 7 a.m. to midnight and says pre-booking is available. The airport's list also names Alitalia, which stopped flying in 2021, so that list is out of date in places.
  • Wingtips Lounge, near Gate M19, listed for a long list of Star Alliance and partner airlines including United, Lufthansa, Air Canada and Singapore Airlines, plus SkyTeam Elite Plus members. Priority Pass shows hours of 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Priority Pass at O'Hare

Priority Pass lists three lounges at O'Hare, all in Terminal 5: the Air France Lounge (5 a.m. to 8 p.m.), the Wingtips Lounge (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and the Swissport Lounge (7 a.m. to midnight, pre-booking available).

The airport's own lounge list names only the Swissport Lounge at Gate M18 as open to Priority Pass customers, so the two sources differ. Entry rules and capacity limits can change, so confirm your plan's access in the Priority Pass app before you go.

Credit card lounges

There is no American Express Centurion Lounge at O'Hare. The Centurion Lounge location list on thecenturionlounge.com, checked October 10, 2026, does not include Chicago. The airport's own lounge list shows no Chase Sapphire Lounge or Capital One Lounge either, but card lounges open often, so check the Chase and Capital One lounge finders before you rely on a card for access.

Day passes and prices

The airport says travelers without a membership may buy day passes for most of the clubs. It does not publish prices, hours or entry rules for the airline clubs, and the airlines' club pages carry them. Ask the lounge desk or check the airline's club page for the current day pass price and hours. Prices change often.

Free family space in Terminal 2

If you are traveling with kids and have no lounge access, the ORD Family Lounge is in Terminal 2 just past security, in the Main Hall near Gate F1. The airport describes a play area, device charging stations and stroller parking. It is not an airline lounge, so there is no membership. The airport page gives no hours.
