Companies not on the list

If your reservation is with a company the airport does not list, contact that company for directions. Off-site agencies pick up in the middle south lane as you leave the main entrance of the Rent-A-Car Center. Posted signs lead you there.

Returning your car

Follow the airport signs back to the Rent-A-Car Center at 7135 Gilespie Street. After you drop the car, courtesy shuttles take you to your departure terminal. For items left in a rental car or the garage, contact the rental company.

Parking, fees and peer-to-peer

Short-term parking in front of the main building costs $3 per hour, with a one-hour minimum and a three-hour maximum. Pay at any self-service machine. Long-term parking is at the Remote Lot across the street. For parking questions call 702-261-5122. Prices change, so check the airport page.

The airport publishes no page on taxes, airport fees or surcharges for rentals, so read the fee lines on your booking and ask the company to itemize them before you pay.

Turo and peer-to-peer rentals

Turo hosts can deliver cars to LAS because Turo pays the airport a fee. The Turo Lot is across from the LAS Rent-a-Car Center, on the north side, at 7150 Gilespie Street. To pick up, follow the Ground Transportation signs from baggage claim to the Rental Car Shuttle stop, ride to the Rent-A-Car Center, then use the crosswalk to the Turo Lot. The lot opens and closes automatically using vehicle recognition, and a call button reaches an agent. Check your Turo trip for the exact car location.

To return, enter the Remote Lot, follow the Turo signs to the lot where you picked up the car, then walk to the Rent-A-Car Center entrance to catch the shuttle. Turo says there is no shuttle pickup at the Turo Lot, and not to use the bus shelters in the Remote Lot. Turo says it does not set, mark up or keep any of that fee. This airport charges for parking, so you may owe parking costs. Turo lists the terminal curbs and any part of the Rent-A-Car Center other than the Turo Lot as off limits.

Accessibility and lost items

The entire shuttle fleet is ADA equipped. Special loading areas are at Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and the Rent-A-Car Center.

For items lost in public areas, including the lobby and curbs, call 702-261-6001. For items lost on a shuttle bus, call 702-261-6630.
