How to reach a hotel shuttle

CLT says courtesy vehicles are available for select hotels and motels. Not every hotel takes part.

To contact a participating hotel, use one of the four Traveler Information Centers on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. Staff there can help you reach the hotel.

Where to wait

The airport's interactive map lists a Hotel Shuttles stop on the terminal lower level, the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. The airport does not publish a pickup spot for each hotel, so ask your hotel which stop it uses.

Do not confuse this with ride apps. Uber and Lyft pick up on the upper Departures/Ticketing level, inner lanes, Zones 1 to 3.

Which hotels are nearby

CLT publishes no list of shuttle hotels. It points you to Charlotte's Got A Lot for a listing of airport area hotels. We name no individual hotel here because we could not confirm any hotel's address or shuttle terms. Shuttle hours, fees and frequency vary by hotel.

Before you book, ask the hotel four things: is the shuttle free, does it run at your arrival hour, where does it stop at CLT, and does it run on a loop or on request.

Is there a hotel inside CLT?

We found no hotel inside the terminal on cltairport.com. If you want a hotel with a shuttle, plan to book one nearby and contact it before you land.

If a friend picks you up instead

Curbside pick-up is for immediate loading only. Unattended vehicles may be towed, in every lane on both levels. The free Cell Phone Lot is the easy way to wait.

Before you book

This page lists no room prices. Rates change daily, so check them with the hotel. Confirm shuttle service with the hotel before you go.
