Delta Sky Club on Airside E
The club is near Gate E68. Delta says it is one of TPA's largest carriers and offers a dedicated lounge here. Delta's house rules allow entry up to 3 hours before your departure time, and that limit does not apply to layovers.
Amex lists the club for U.S. Platinum Card holders and notes that access is subject to space. Amex lists amenities as premium food, beer and wine, Wi-Fi, TVs, flight monitors, and printers and copiers. Spirits cost extra, and the lounge is listed as over 18 only, with children under 2 admitted free with an adult.

Can you buy a day pass?
We found no confirmed day-pass price for either TPA lounge, so we list none. American says one-day passes for Admirals Clubs can be limited or unavailable. Delta Sky Club entry depends on your membership, card or ticket, so check your access on delta.com or in the Fly Delta app.
If you do not qualify for either club, the airside food and bars are the fallback. See our TPA restaurants guide.
Priority Pass at TPA
Priority Pass's USA lounge index lists Florida lounges in Fort Lauderdale, Melbourne, Miami and Orlando, and we found no current Tampa lounge there. An old Priority Pass page for a "US Airways Club" at TPA still shows up in search, but US Airways no longer exists as a brand, so do not count on it. Open the Priority Pass app on the day you fly and look at TPA before you pay for a membership.
Amex, Chase and Capital One lounges
- American Express: the Global Lounge Collection lists TPA with one lounge, the Delta Sky Club on Airside E, for U.S. Platinum Card holders. We found no Centurion Lounge at TPA.
- Chase Sapphire: Chase's lounge page lists Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, JFK, Las Vegas, LaGuardia, Philadelphia, Phoenix and San Diego, plus a Los Angeles lounge marked coming soon. Tampa is not on it.
- Capital One: we could not confirm a Tampa lounge on Capital One's site. Check capitalone.com or your app.
- Citi and AAdvantage cardholders: American's access rules are on aa.com, so check what your card gets at the Admirals Club.
What changes with Airside D
TPA broke ground on Airside D in 2024. The airport's pages disagree on the opening date. An older airport page says the 16-gate terminal will be done in late 2028 and have a mezzanine with two lounges. TPA's June 2026 fact sheet says Airside D is scheduled to open in 2029. Delta says its club will move there in 2028. Until Airside D opens, the clubs above are where you go.
