Long-term Lots F and G
Both lots have terminal shuttle service. The airport does not publish their shuttle hours, frequency or ride time on the parking page; confirm these before an early flight. Lot-specific street addresses are not published there, so follow current airport signs for your chosen lot.
Parking operates around the clock, with a 30-day maximum stay. Pre-booking is currently unavailable while the airport changes parking operators. Check the airport website for updates and call 818-729-2245 for current lot conditions.
Terminal garage and EV charging
The short-term option is Terminal Garage Self-Park. It operates 24 hours a day with a 30-day stay limit. EV charging costs $0.50 per kWh in addition to parking; chargers accept credit cards.
Valet drop-off and retrieval
Drive to the Valet Center in the Terminal Garage. Valet operates 24 hours a day with a 30-day maximum stay. To request your vehicle, call or text 818-626-3922, or use a terminal express-pay kiosk.
EV charging can be requested, with a $20 handling fee per session. Ask about any additional charging cost before leaving the car. A full-service car wash is also offered; its price is not published.
Payment and parking questions
Pay at an express station, cashier booth or designated exit column. The airport lists American Express, Diners, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and bank ATM debit cards. Cash acceptance is not stated.
For parking questions, call 818-840-8838 or email askparking@bur.org.
Picking up passengers and cell phone waiting
You cannot wait at the terminal curb. Use short-term parking if you need to leave the vehicle and meet someone inside. We found no current official cell phone lot listing; ask airport parking where to wait before driving to arrivals.
Accessible parking after the terminal change
The new terminal opened October 13, 2026. The airport accessibility page still refers to Economy Lot C and the previous four-level short-term structure, while the current parking pages list Lots F and G and Terminal Garage Self-Park. Confirm the current accessible spaces and shuttle arrangements with parking staff instead of relying on the older lot directions.
Display the required disabled placard when using a marked accessible space. For wheelchair assistance, the airport publishes 818-795-6087.
