Official Terminal map
One terminal, gates 1 to 14
The new terminal map shows gates 1 to 14 along a single connected building. The ticketing hall, central TSA checkpoint and baggage claim are in the same terminal. Module letters on the map describe parts of the building, not separate terminals.
For a departure, go to 2827 N Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505. Some older airport and airline pages still give 2627 N Hollywood Way and Terminal A or B. Follow the new airport map and your airline's current instructions.
Which airlines use BUR?
The current airport airline directory links nine carriers: Alaska, Allegiant, American, Breeze, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Southwest and United. They use the same terminal; gate assignments can change.
The airport FAQ still names Spirit and gives a conflicting airline count. Use the current directory and confirm your route directly with your airline before booking.
Rail stations and the rental center
The terminal moved, but the rail stations remain in place. Metrolink publishes separate shuttle instructions for Burbank Airport-North and Burbank Airport-South. Rental cars and local buses remain at the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC). Allow time for the shuttle instead of relying on the former terminal walkway.
Free Wi-Fi
The airport publishes free terminal Wi-Fi under the network name #NBCWiFi. Select that name on your device; ask airport staff if you cannot find it.
Lost property
The airport Lost & Found is before security near baggage claim. Its published hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; call 818.729.2231 or use the airport's online lost-property form. A weekend voicemail is returned the next business day. For an item left on an aircraft, contact your airline.
Family facilities and assistance
The airport lists nursing rooms after security near gates 6 and 11. The terminal map also marks family restrooms, adult changing rooms and a pet relief area. Use the map to locate the facility nearest your gate.
A staffed baggage-storage service was not found in the current airport service directory. Ask the airport before arriving with luggage you cannot take on your flight.
