The only lounge at BDL
Bradley has a single lounge. The airport calls the Escape Lounge its only lounge, and it is run by CAVU under the Escape Lounges brand. It reopened in February 2026 after a remodel.
So the choice is simple. You either use the Escape Lounge or you skip lounges at BDL.
Where it is and when it is open
The lounge is past security, near Gate 1, in the Terminal A concourse that serves gates 1 to 12. It is open from 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily.
That is longer than before the remodel. The airport says the hours were expanded to 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. Hours can change, so check the airport page before an early or late trip.
Price and how to book
All travelers are welcome. You can pre-book or turn up on the day.
- Pre-book: $45
- Walk-up: $60
Prices change, so confirm on the official Escape Lounges booking page before you go. Children under 3 get in free. When you book, adults are 16 and up and children are 3 to 15.
Pre-booking must be done at least 24 hours before entry, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. If you just turn up, you pay at the door. The lounge is cashless, so pay by card, and all sales are final.
Free entry with Amex Platinum or Delta Reserve
The Escape Lounge page lists free access for American Express Platinum Card members and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card members. Delta Reserve members must be traveling on a Delta-marketed flight that day.
When you arrive, go to the lounge check-in desk and show your card.
Priority Pass at BDL
Priority Pass cardholders can pre-book their access to the Escape Lounge. Bring your Priority Pass card on the day, because you need it to enter.
The lounge page does not say what Priority Pass charges, how many guests you can bring or how many visits you get. Check the Priority Pass app or the Escape Lounges booking page for those rules.
Chase Sapphire, Capital One and Centurion
We found no Chase Sapphire Lounge, Capital One Lounge or American Express Centurion Lounge at BDL. The airport says the Escape Lounge is its only lounge. Amex Platinum members get into the Escape Lounge, as noted above.
If you hold another card, check the card issuer's lounge page before you travel.
Airline clubs
We found no airline club at BDL, such as a Delta Sky Club, Admirals Club or United Club. The airport describes the Escape Lounge as its only lounge. Check with your airline if you expect lounge access on your ticket.
What you get inside
The lounge has hot and cold food and soft and alcoholic drinks, all included with entry, served buffet-style. It also has private Wi-Fi, charging ports, and print, scan and copy services. You get PressReader access too.
The remodel added about 1,000 square feet and new furniture. Pets are not allowed in the Escape Lounge, even though they are allowed elsewhere in the airport in a kennel.
If you skip the lounge
Two bars sit in the same gates 1 to 12 area. Tap & Pour is open from 3 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Two Roads Tap Room is open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., per the airport's dining list.
Traveling with a baby? The Mother's Nursing Lounge is past security, next to the CT River Landing store, and is open round the clock.
