STL lounges at a glance
The airport lists two lounges. Both are after security.
- Terminal 1, C Concourse: American Airlines Admirals Club, daily 4:30am to 7pm.
- Terminal 2, near gate E31: Wingtips St Louis, a common-use lounge with free food, drinks and Wi-Fi.
The airport lists no lounge on the A Concourse or the Terminal 1 ticketing level. Hours can change, so check the airport page the day you fly.
American Airlines Admirals Club (C Concourse)
The Admirals Club sits in the C Concourse of Terminal 1, listed daily from 4:30am to 7pm. The airport describes it as an exclusive lounge for frequent travelers. The C Concourse is where American, Alaska, Frontier and Southern Airways Express fly.
Who gets in: for domestic travel, American says access comes with an Admirals Club membership, qualifying oneworld status or the Citi / AAdvantage Executive card. You show the membership, status or card plus a boarding pass for a same-day eligible flight.
Day pass: American lists a one-day pass at $79 or 7,900 AAdvantage miles, bought online or at select locations. American says passes may not be available at some clubs when space is limited, so confirm that STL is selling them before you count on it. Prices change, so check aa.com.
Wingtips St Louis (Terminal 2, gate E31)
Wingtips is the lounge for Terminal 2, on the E Gates at E31. The airport calls it a common-use lounge with free food, drinks and high-speed Wi-Fi. The lounge's own site says it is open to all passengers traveling through Terminal 2, regardless of airline or class of service, so Southwest passengers can use it.
Airport hours:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 7am to 8pm.
- Wednesday, Friday and Sunday: 7am to 1pm and 3:30pm to 8pm. From 1pm to 3pm only Lufthansa Business Class passengers can enter.
- Saturday: closed.
How to get in: Wingtips sells a single-visit pass on its website but does not post the price on its site. It also lists Priority Pass and Diners Club among its partner networks.
Priority Pass at STL
Priority Pass lists one lounge at STL, Wingtips Lounge St. Louis in Terminal 2. Its listing shows a 4 hour maximum stay, labels the lounge domestic, and offers pre-booking when you log in.
The listing disagrees with the airport in two places. Priority Pass shows Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm and puts the lounge opposite gate E29, while the airport shows Saturday closed and gate E31. Trust the airport hours and confirm before you walk over.
Amex Centurion, Chase Sapphire and Capital One lounges
STL has no American Express Centurion Lounge, Chase Sapphire Lounge or Capital One Lounge on the airport directory or maps. If your card gives lounge access, your realistic options are the Admirals Club (with the Citi / AAdvantage Executive card) and Wingtips (through Priority Pass or Diners Club). Check your card issuer's lounge finder before you travel.
Which lounge for your terminal
Pick the lounge in the terminal where your flight leaves. Southwest, British Airways and Lufthansa use Terminal 2 and Wingtips. American, Alaska, Frontier, Delta, United and Air Canada use Terminal 1, where only the Admirals Club is listed.
MetroLink alert: the Terminal 1 station closed October 12. The Terminal 2 station closes November 2. Metro expects both to reopen in mid-December. Until November 2, ride to Terminal 2 and take the free airport shuttle to Terminal 1 (Terminal 2 Exit 10 to Terminal 1 Exit 12). Metro has not yet said how riders will connect after November 2.
