How food at DEN is laid out

DEN's official dining directory lists 118 restaurants, cafes, bars and food stands once you set aside shops, lounges and services. 33 are on Concourse A, 42 on Concourse B and 31 on Concourse C. Only 4 are in the Jeppesen Terminal, 3 in the Hotel & Transit Center and 5 at the Cell Phone Lot.

The concourse gates are after the security checkpoints, so the food on A, B and C is for ticketed passengers who have cleared security. DEN's Concourse A bridge page calls the walkway to Concourse A "post-security", and its security page gives walk times "to get to your gate after you have passed the security checkpoint".

Hours here are copied from the directory on October 9, 2026 and can change, so check the venue page on flydenver.com before you plan around an opening or closing time. DEN also runs a rewards program called DENPerks that gives gift cards and cash back when you eat and shop at DEN.

Eating before security

Before security you have a short list, all in the Jeppesen Terminal on Level 5 or 6 (east and west sides), plus the Hotel & Transit Center.

Jeppesen Terminal:

DEN also lists shop-style grab-and-go counters in the terminal, including Colorado Collective Marketplace Grab & Go between doors 506 and 510 on Level 5 and Neighborhood Market & Goods Grab & Go near door 509. The airport files them under Shop, not Dine.

The Great Hall renovation is still underway. DEN says shopping and dining options will be available once the program is complete by the end of 2027. Phase 1 added two coffee shops on Level 6 in the check-in area: Kabod Coffee on the west side and Caribou Coffee on the east side.

Open early and all night

Early flights are covered once you are through security. These are the earliest openers and the all-day options in the directory:

  • Open 24 hours on the concourses: Qdoba Mexican Eats (A, Center Core), McDonald's (A, Center Core), Einstein Bros Bagels (A, Center Core, east side), Sunset Loop Market (B, near gate B62). Starbucks on Concourse C (Center Core) is listed as 24 hours Wednesday to Sunday and 4:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
  • Grab and go that is always open: Olive & Finch "On the Fly" Grab & Go (A, near gate A48), Little Finch grab and go (C, near gate C49), Bar Finch grab and go (C, near gate C36), Barista Bot Robotic Vending (C, near gate C48).
  • 4 a.m.: Denver Central Market (A, near gate A48), Novo Coffee (A west side and B Center Core), Villa Pizza (C, Center Core) and Starbucks (B, Center Core).
  • 4:30 a.m.: Starbucks (A, Center Core Mezzanine), Starbucks near gate B32, McDonald's (B and C, Center Core) and Superfruit Republic (C, Center Core).

Before security, JAVAI Coffee (Jeppesen Terminal, near door 506) and Olive & Finch Grab & Go (Level 5 West) are listed as open 24 hours or always open, and Caribou Coffee on Level 6 East opens at 4:30 a.m.

One conflict: the Starbucks Center Core page on Concourse B carries an "Open 24 Hours" badge, but lists 4:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Treat 4 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. as the safer plan and check the venue page.

Open late

The latest kitchens close at midnight or later, and most sit-down places run to 10 or 11 p.m.

  • Midnight: Fat Sully's Pizza NY Pizza (A, Center Core, listed 7 a.m. to midnight) and Mercantile Dining & Provision (A, Center Core, 6 a.m. to 12 a.m.).
  • 11:30 p.m.: Starbucks (B, Center Core).
  • 11 p.m.: Shake Shack (A and B), Elway's (B, Center Core), Aviator's Sports Bar & Bar-B-Que (B, Mezzanine), Runway & Rye (B), Mizu Sushi Izakaya (B, near gate B12), Osteria Marco (B), Bar Dough (C, near gate C54), Mr. Oso by Senor Bear (C, near gate C54), McDonald's (C), Blue Sky Bar, Breckenridge Brewery and Williams & Graham (A), and Quiznos (A, near gate A34).

Some places close much earlier. Mile High Deli (B, near gate B87) closes at 7 p.m., Big Bowl (C, near gate C28) at 7:30 p.m. and Tapas Sky Bar (C, near gate C24) at 5 p.m. Kabod Coffee near gate B24 closes at 2 p.m. and the one near gate B89 at 5 p.m.

Outside the secure area, Kabod Coffee in the Jeppesen Terminal (Level 6 West) is listed to midnight, and Wendy's at the Cell Phone Lot is listed to midnight on reduced hours. The Sky Lounge bar at the Westin is listed 3 p.m. to 12 a.m.

DEN's venue pages do tag some places. Chick-fil-A (A) and Shake Shack (A) are tagged Family Friendly. Qdoba (A) and Chick-fil-A (C) are tagged Quick Serve. Aviano Coffee (B), Dazbog (C), Peet's (B), Starbucks (A) and Half Moon Empanadas (B) are tagged Grab & Go. Half Moon Empanadas also carries a Certifiably Green tag.

Reduced hours and closures change, and these were posted on October 9, 2026. At the Cell Phone Lot, Schlotzsky's, Tia's Authentic New Mexican Eats and Wendy's are marked reduced hours. Panda Express on Concourse A is closed for remodeling.
